 Price

 The prices displayed on www.saja-brand.com are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).  However, they do not include the price of delivery or the taxes of the customer's country outside Morocco.

 The total price to pay is displayed clearly during the final phase of the purchase process, so the user only validates his order after having read the total amount to be paid.

 The prices in force are those displayed on www.saja-brand.com at the time of the order, the customer is therefore not affected by any promotion, offer or reduction prior or subsequent to his purchase.

 Availability

 The product offers offered on www.saja-brand.com are valid only within the limit of available stock.

 If one of the products ordered is not available, the customer will receive an email informing him of either the change in the delivery time, or the cancellation of the order and therefore its refund.

 It should be noted that the unavailability of a product does not in any way commit www.saja-brand.com to pay compensation costs to the customer, the latter will only receive a refund of the amount he has paid.

 Delivery

 www.saja-brand.com uses a delivery service to deliver its customers to the address specified when ordering.  The delivery time depends on the availability of products and the customer's address.

 The delivery time is communicated when the order is confirmed by one of our sales representatives.  the customer cannot request the cancellation of his order once payment has been made.  We are not responsible for late delivery, however we will follow up the delivery and inform the customer of details.

 The price of delivery depends on the country or city where the customer resides.

 After receipt of the goods, the customer has 3 days to check the products he has purchased and to report any non-compliance found through a complaint to the service www.saja-brand.com

 Product sheet

 We strive to put product sheets filled in as much as possible to present each of our products to you.  However, the images provided on the site are not contractual, they are given as an indication to illustrate in the most similar way that is a product.  Only the information contained in the title, the short description and the technical sheet of the product engage the responsibility of the company towards the customer.

 Promotional codes

 www.saja-brand.com regularly offers promotional codes so that its customers can benefit from reductions on their purchases.

 A code can only be used once per person and is not refundable or cumulative under any circumstances.

 Promotional codes are only valid for the period indicated on the accompanying advertising.
